“After getting to know each other and
adjusting expectations in the first weeks,
the team finally moved into action.”
After the first full week, that perception began to change. Not because the project became difficult, but because it turned out to be more complex than expected.

They say you need to travel far to find yourself, but I found myself in the same city where I was born and raised. Sure,
I chose Timișoara not only because it is a beautiful city with great weather and a strong cultural reputation, but also because the project itself was inspiring. FITT is a dynamic organization full of opportunities, events, concerts, and community activities, creating an ideal environment for volunteers to learn and grow.
